Founded by Dr Jega Arivinthan Jaganadan , a local boy from the town of Mersing together with his wife Mdm Saraswadi Sukumaran . Dr Jega Arivinthan Jaganadan is a medical practitioner graduated with M.B.B.S from AIMST University 
( Malaysia ) . He has 11 years experience combined in Goverment and Private settings .
